@sistatiph4thepeople: Replying to @Moni so I’m asking because maybe I grew up in a different culture where we were taught that is inappropriate to allow people to smell you and there’s no way of getting around because once you mixed the menstrual with the cotton it omits odor, if you ever use the cup, it doesn’t smell like anything and you buy big pads to preserve having to go change them? And somebody like this comment two people like this comment so that’s why I’m asking. What culture is this? I don’t use pads, I use a diva cup and I only change it every time when it’s full. On a slow day I only change it once. Don’t knock it unless you’ve tried it. 10 yrs in thangya

Ive found it's just easier for me to wear pull up adult diaper. I mean you can call it disposable pad & underwear put together. there actually for bladder leakage but it does the job. and there really good if you bleed pretty bad to.

I change each time I go to the bathroom and I do every 2 hours but because the price of pad and yes I get abscess down their from pads I have switched to the reusable pads and underwear and I do them the same way

I buy the long extra heavy overnight and still have to change it every 2 hours and the chemicals on pads especially always can cause irritation down there

I push the string back and give a tug on the tampon after I pee. If it comes out easy, time to change because boy does it hurt when it's not ready to be changed.
