I play scenarios in my head like they're movies. I have arguments with people, I hear music, i have conversations with people in my head and it will have that specific person's voice. Its pretty cool until you start making yourself sad and angry lol

Ever since I saw this TikTok comment saying “I used to watch shrek in my head” it made sense to be able to do that. But other than that I can’t explain how there’s words existing in only my head. And yes it’s silent but I can hear it like I’m typing this now and reading it in my head if that makes sense.

i have an inner monologue BUT i can not for the life of me see things. like if some told me to picture smth in my head theres nothing there like visibly but i js know what it looks like. same with my dreams i dont actually see it but i know what everything look like and what is happening but i cant see it
