Wait 5-10 minutes until foamy. 2. Add flour, salt and butter. Knead into smooth elastic dough. 3. Cover and let rise 1 hour until doubled. 4. Press out air, divide dough, rest 15 minutes. I 5. Roll dough pieces, place into toast pan. Rise again 40-50 minutes. 6. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown. 7. Remove from pan, cool on a rack. Slice once fully cooled.
