The amount of people here confused on what requires a passport and doesn’t is pretty shocking. US territories that do not need a passport are US Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico so as long as you don’t do a layover anywhere else. So mainland to the territories only. So yes if you’re of DACA, take advantage of that liberty! I’ve encouraged plenty of folks to do this back before this administration because everyone deserves an experience of traveling in a plane to a fun destination!

It’s part of LA county and you don’t travel international waters for this so anyone can visit. They don’t even ask for ID when you go

my question is yes I know that the Catalina Islands are part of Los Angeles county and the United States but I thought that if you stepped out of the country regardless of it being on an island as long as you step foot outside of the actual us land not you know Islands another States and properties that the whoever patrols the waters could arrest you if you weren't a US citizen is this not true because I've been wanting to go with my husband and I don't want him to get deported over trying to go to the islands?!
