Binh Quoc Hoang, 31, is charged with four counts of first-degree voyeurism after investigators say hidden cameras were discovered inside a warehouse bathroom at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. During a police interview, Hoang described himself as “a huge pervert,” telling detectives, “If you know Quagmire and what he does ... that’s the person I am.” The investigation began after an employee discovered a camera hidden inside a wall clock. Police say they later found additional secret recordings on Hoang’s phone, and Hoang demonstrated how he allegedly concealed his phone to record people. Hoang told detectives making his own recordings provided more of a “thrill,” describing it as “exciting and heart-racing.” Police estimate at least 23 people were recorded.
