So just to clarify, I can be logged into my one Ticketmaster account but have multiple tabs (each for a different date) up at once and not be kicked out of my account?

Hi, I have two issues with the Ticketmaster Italy website: 1. When I log into my account and navigate to the concert/event page, it keeps logging me out automatically. I cannot stay logged in. 2. Because of this, I am unable to save my payment method in advance. Could you please help me resolve these issues before the general sale tomorrow? Also, I wanted to ask — I have an AMEX card but I cannot see the presale option for the Harry Styles Rome concert on the website. Only the general sale time is showing. Where can I access the AMEX presale link? Thank you!

Can you confirm if once we are in the queue do we refresh once it’s time for the tickets or do we not refresh? I forget what I did for my MSG tickets.
