I believe once the exclusivity of something goes away so does the value. Birkins were an investment initially but they are being resold on Facebook marketplace now and that is a clear indication of value

Not an investment but definitely holds value. As someone who recently sold two of her Kellys. They were sold for more or very little less than what was paid for also I was able to wear them for 3 years before deciding they werent colors I really wanted.
