as a 16 year old, I volunteered at a hospital. I was asked to take a new death down to the morgue. they said just take it in the elevator. I did and it let out a loud gasp. to say the least, it freaked me out

Thank you Tony for clarifying that 🫶

DML :

When i was about 18 i worked for a security company and was assigned to a hospital in Santa Ana. Ive never seen a dead body before. The job was very simple we escort nurses and family to identify bodies / claim bodies or we escort the nurses with the recently departed. It was another guy and myself first time the nurse looked at us and goes everyone is dead they been gone if you hear or see anything its just muscles and nerves twitches. As soon as she finish telling us she opens the door to the room and a body pops up sits right up. The guy next to me passes out and hits his head needing stitches he never came back. 😂
