@thenatalieway1: Packing for Paris in November + menopause changes the rules. Normally this grid would be full of sweaters. But when you’re dealing with hot flashes, the last thing you want is to be trapped in heavy layers you can’t get out of fast enough. So I built this one differently: lighter tops, breathable silk and cotton, an open-neck sweater, a sleeveless “emergency” layer, a proper coat for when it really is cold, and a silk scarf you can add and remove in seconds. Nine pieces. 27 outfits. From long days walking Paris to lunch, museums, casual dinners and somewhere a little more dressed up at night. Menopause may mess with my thermostat. Paris shall never know.

I’m stuck. Cruising to Norway (really flipping cold outside) in 3 weeks with stops in London & Paris afterwards. I also exercise daily. I’m not convinced I can make this work needing some ‘formal’ bits.
