Not telling you how to do your job, just giving a tip that could be useful with future autistic clients if you weren'talready aware: explaining the why of things can really help. When the chair tilts: explain that he is safe but also why he is being reclined back. If they get nervous about the clipper noise: explain that it won't hurt them but also why it is making the noise (small motor making parts move etc). A lot of times their brain is adamant on a 'no' in a situation because it doesn't understand what is happening and won't settle or accept it until it does ❤️
