This might be my favorite rule in TTRPG history. And it is, genuinely, an officially printed game mechanic. Werewolf: The Apocalypse, released in 1992, is one of the classics World of Darkness books. As the name suggests, it lets players take control of werewolves. Depending on your character's tribe, you get access to specific rites, that give various buffs. Pick a Bone Gnawer and grab the Tribebook, and one of the avalible rites is the Rite of the Pizza. On the surface it's standard enough. Your characters order a pizza, share it, and use the time to coordinate their plans for the night. The highest-ranking participant rolls dice, any result of 8 or above counts as a success, and each success adds a die to a communal pool that players can dip into throughout the session. But then there's the footnote.

"At the Storyteller's discretion, if the players actually roleplay this further by ordering a pizza during the game session, paying for it, and offering up a slice or two to the Storyteller, he may lower the difficulty to 6." And official rule that lets you bribe your GM with pizza. Does it break down fast if players try it every session? Obviously. Does it fly in the face of basically all conventional game design? Sure.
