You strongly influenced me on Pretty Girls, and I loved it!! I did it on my audible while making my daughter’s Halloween costume… picture it, if you will… I’m in my crafting nook, criss cross applesauce, one AirPod in and every few minutes spewing expletives at the characters, such as, “you disgraceful MFer, FU I hope you die a horrible painful death but slowly, omg I’d disappear you and no one will miss you, etc” my kid comes in looking around confused and says, um, do I need to get the grippy socks and bedazzled straight jacket ready?” 🤪🤪 thanks for the recommendation, it was great! And we all got a laugh at my feral mom moment lol

Ugh I love Karin Slaughter! I would love to see if you like The Good Daughter (Peacock is making a show that comes out in Nov) & False Witness by her as well! Pretty Girls is my all time fav book!

Saw you were audiobooking acotar and I would HIGHLY recommend the movie versions, I cannot for the life of me remember what it’s actually called, but it makes it sound like a movie and is sooo good!!!
