I’m loaded made money renting and as lawyer. I still driving my 1999 Toyota Corolla. She runs amazing I have kept her well. I own 6 apartments and 7 houses and rent all of them except the one I live in. I do t buy designer clothes or latest gadgets. My iPhone 15+ still works great.

I have a two year old Android phone from Cricket that I pay 30 dollars a month for and my phone does everything I need it to do. My daughter has a brand new I-Phone and the stuff her phone does that my phone doesn't do I don't need and neither does she. I use my phone for work and my personal use it serves me just fine and I paid 150.00 for it paid in full.
