YES!! An even weirder experience is when its partial so I’m still conscious but my entire body will feel numb and heavy like it’s asleep

This doesn’t happen to me but my muscles twitch and shake for about 15 mins afterward and there’s nothing I can do to get it to stop 🤷♀️

I have IST which I believe is a type Dysautonomia and I get really badly out of breathe palps and sometimes lightheaded yes 🙂
