If I were to buy it as a gift, I would definitely choose the most expensive one. But if I were buying it myself, after considering my budget, I think the 17 Pro Max offers better value for money.

Duo is a fail. They put charging port in the worst place. What are you supposed to do…stop viewing content in its preferred orientation while kickstand is out on your $120 Apple case because you have to charge your device. iPad charging location does not comprise its preferred orientation. Big fail in my opinion. Now everyone will have to watch a tiny screen while their phone is charging. Have fun I’m not buying it.

The 7 habits I swear by — PART 2 👇 (SAVE THIS) 🌙 1. Evening deep-pressure gua sha (with facial oil): morning gua sha helps wake up your face, but nighttime is when the real work begins. Slow, firm strokes along the jawline and cheekbones help support circulation and relaxation while your skin enters its overnight recovery phase. 🍽️ 2. Finishing dinner early: eating too close to bedtime can interfere with your body's natural overnight recovery processes. Giving your body a few hours before sleep allows it to focus on repair instead of digestion. 📵 3. No screens before bed: reducing screen time before sleep helps support healthy melatonin production and better quality rest. Deep sleep is one of the most important foundations of healthy-looking skin. 🔋 4. Daily Liposomal NMN: this remains my number one non-negotiable. As we age, cellular energy naturally declines, which can affect how efficiently our bodies perform repair and recovery processes. That's why I take Liposomal NMN every morning. (The exact one I use is linked in my bio! 🧬) ❄️ 5. A cool, dark sleeping environment: quality sleep starts with the right conditions. Keeping the room cool and minimizing light helps create an environment that supports deeper, more restorative sleep. 🤍 6. Silk pillowcase + back sleeping: small changes can make a big difference over time. A silk pillowcase feels gentler on both skin and hair while you sleep. 🔴 7. Red light therapy: I like using red light as part of my evening wind-down routine. It's simple, relaxing, and easy to stay consistent with. Your nighttime routine matters more than most people realize. Give your body the right environment, stay consistent, and watch what happens over time.
