I just made my second batch of soap yesterday and both time I’ve made soap it takes at least 30 minutes of mixing by hand and with an electric mixer with a minute break in between just to get to light trace.. can you tell me why because my arm hurts mixing that long lol

honestly this doesn't look too hard to do the question I have is so I'm a mechanic and I try to wear gloves as much as I can but sometimes the grease gets on my elbows or hands do you have any soap recipes that can help with grease but not dry out your hands
