The other resume is much better. That is not aesthetic, it's a wall of text with very little deviation to break up information. The other one would catch my eye and pique my interest, give me an idea of your personality, and make the information easier to read.

My resume back in the early 90’s had cartoon pictures of food on it. I was in the restaurant biz, so the color and creativity were more than acceptable. I ALWAYS got interviews and job offers! LOL!

As someone with 10+ years of experience interviewing definitely the left. You get a sense of their personality and creativity from it plus their experience. The one on the right is just what corporate companies want.
