Honestly, it sounded broken before he tossed it. I'm not saying he wasn't in the wrong for doing it that way. Especially when it said in big, bold letters, how starbucks packaged it and most likely, whatever they did in the packaging plant, or whatever fedex calls that place, so whoever packaged, it should have wrapped it better. Cos that hardly looks like any wrapping or cause. There's a lot of room for jingle there. When I say jingle I mean moving for breaking If there is glass mugs, they should have stuffed it with packaging paper. from what I see, there's a lot of airspace in that box compared to how much papers in there. Usually when I package glass to get the packages for friends. I stuff until they no longer can move I love the poke dot mug by the way

Maybe it could also be already broken, but even in that eventuality, if it says “FRAGILE” on the package you don’t throw it away. Regardless of whether the courier’s fault or not, it’s still not justifiable behavior

thats so frustrating, that some drivers are like this. I just had a large canvas print delivered by them in the rain and the guy waited to make sure I was able to bring it in so that it didn't get wet 🥹

It’s hard to say for sure if it was specifically him that broke it but as someone who worked in a fedex office for a few years I can attest that (some not all) package handlers and drivers are very very careless and hard on packages.
