@cbssacramento: A Sacramento woman shot and killed outside an Arden-Arcade shopping center Tuesday had been stalked and harassed for months by the man suspected of killing her, sheriff's officials said. The victim was identified Thursday as Shalini Thakur, 38, of Sacramento, according to the Sacramento County Coroner's Office. Court documents reveal that Thakur knew her stalker’s behaviors were escalating and successfully got a restraining order that, ultimately, proved not to be enough to save her life.
