Girl I can’t concentrate. Why is baby in the front seat of a moving vehicle and not in the back strapped into his car seat! 💺

As a realtor please be very careful. We can check who the home belongs to. Dont ever send anything ahead of time.

Ohmygosh this happened to my family and I when I was a teen. My mom rented out a home thinking it was a rental. Except this time around there was a whole “contract” in place and a person in place touring us around. 6 months later we got a knock on the door and said the home was a foreclosure and we need to move out within 24 hours. Fortunately, the lady felt bad for us and she saw my mom and us kids and offered us $5,000 to move out within that time lapse. It was a scary situation !

Omg maybe it was a scam! A couple yrs ago we were looking for a house to rent but we found it on Facebook. Same thing the house was too good to be true with the price. A guy named Douglas was “in charge” of giving the tour but he made me put my id bc now you can do self tours. Guy ended up stealing money from us bc we were so desperate to find a home at that time. It was def a learning experience 🥲

omg the same thing happened to my husband and I, we actually went inside an empty house for rent and the guy said he couldn't make it but we were able to go in and we liked it. so he want it a deposit sent through zelle, he even sent us his ID to show us he is real but then I called to zillow and turned out they were not renting it they were selling the house but it wasn't the guys house, everything was a scam. but luckily we didn't send no money through zelle. a few days later that same guy asked me if I want it to work for him as his assistant lol I was like WTH first you want it to scam me now you want me to work for you lol

As a Realtor, I’ve been warning people about this! Rental scammers are working HARD right now. If you’re looking for a rental, work with a trusted Realtor who can help verify the property and protect you from getting scammed.
