We had ACE from 1988 until we moved north in 2013 and ACE was The WORST company to deal with in terms of consistent billing and getting resolution. Every January and February, our bill SkyRocketed, double sometimes triple our regular bill. And when we would call to ask for an actual reading and an explanation, they would constantly try to blame it on winter usage, citing base board heating. Except we had a wood burning stove installed and removed the base board heaters to free up the floor space! They would issue an adjustment refund after a few months, but this happened Every Single Year!! It was clearly a scam and based on their fluctuating costs, fees, and charges. I'm so glad to be rid of them in my life. Not that PSE&G has been an astonishing change....

our bill was crazy last month even though we used less electricity. we called and "oops, there was an error" and we got it changed. how many people are just accepting it and paying instead of calling them out?

They’ll be giving a couple medium to large businesses additional refunds and then doubling our bills again. I expect to go broke in the next 3 months
