I was in Vancouver a couple weekends ago, we sat, ordered food & drinks and waited for 45 minutes just to get our drinks. Never got offered water while waiting…. By the time we got our drinks, we still hadn’t received our food, and it ended up being close to two hours by the time we got our food (we ended up requesting it to go, and ate it outside while waiting for our Uber 😂) …. During the 2 hours , the server only checked in on us ONCE. Joey is THE WORST.

My gf and I used to be a regular at this location, always got great service from ALL the staff. But in the recent year it had gone SO FAR DOWNHILL. Terribly rude staff, slightly prejudice, and just not attentive/friendly anymore. Such a shame

I knew I wasn’t the only one. Every time I have a reservation, they still make me wait, tell me they’re “gathering my menu,” then I literally watch them give it to the closest white person instead. I also have to ask for the complimentary drink every single time while watching other guests receive theirs without asking. It’s happened enough times that I genuinely hate going there now.
