We had a family friend who was never found in the rubble.. today when I walked into work a coworker asked, “Do you know Colleen?” I froze because that was her name. She was referring to a student, but I think that was her way of saying she never really left us.

this is the coolest memorial to date. it looked like dna rising up to reform the towers where so many lost thier lives. what an amazing tribute. never forget 🙏❤️God bless America 🇺🇸

I was only a year old when this happened. I can’t even begin to imagine the horror people felt watching this in real time. So many lives lost, victims and the heroes who tried to save them. Never forgotten
