I've heard the exact same thing and I often see dark figures surrounding me, I usually can't see facial features but overlapping pleads for help. I feel the bed sink slightly asthough someone is sitting on my bed. What does it mean? It hasn't happened for several months but when it does, I either feel a sense of dread, fear and sometimes very calming. I am usually either beginning to fall asleep or laying down with my eye's closed. Sometimes it's children, other times a mixture of children and adults.

yeah I hear this sometimes and I had to learn how to shut it off, only when I lay my head down in the pillow, one main reason I leave my TV on at night, for any reason always up at 3 and 4 am in the morning 😏

no but when I'm generally stressed out I hear knocking 3 times shortly before I could fall asleep and after I need a moment to fall asleep again 🫠

OMG. Every night. Every day. This reminds me half years and years ago I remember waking up a bunch of times and yelling at my father to lower the TV in the living room get up and I go to the living room and there’s no TV on granted my dad always had the TV on. I used to think what is going on here. Is it just in my psyche but now I guess it’s the mediumship. I hear full-blown conversations. I often hear music too, but there’s no radio anywhere especially now in 2026 who has radio playing, but it was never just a song. It was always what sounded like a radio in particular. I wish I had the courage to actually see something in person, but I just don’t.

Not many people. But I hear my name in different voices, male and female. I’ve heard “Hey, I’m here” right by my ear. I’ve heard “37” and “three doors down, Birmingham” and so forth. Its sporadic, like once every couple of years, since I was about 4 or 5. Never bothered me. But it bothered my mom and she thought I was born of evil. 🙄

almost every night I hear laughing and chatter in my living room from a group of people while i'm in the kitchen. I always think the TV is on but it's not. This house has belonged to my family since the late 1890s so I always assume it's my passed relatives having a get together. I can't really tune into anything else but I do hear some voices in my room at night before I go to sleep but not loud enough to really hear.

after I looked up a true crime case following the d4vd case with celeste and after a few videos and i put my phone down and I heard two loud booming screams from a girl,,,,,,dont know if it was celeste but it freaked me out and stayed away from the case since it's really hard to explain I heard outside of my head if that makes sense

I usually wake up to a song stuck in my head that I heard in a dream. if I don't listen to the song at some point during the day I can't get it out of my head and drives me nuts for days.
