I saw your update but I have 4 cats that come inside and outside and roam all the time, I'm not putting the blame on you because obviously no collar but he looks healthy like he has a home and he probably comes back at night or whenever he feels like because he knows he can go back and get food and stuff, but idk anything I'm just saying.

martinsburg and inwood are fullll of strays it's such a sad sight to see. im moving back soon too. we rescued most to all of our cats in downtown martinsburg

i live right across the street! i found a little baby kitten in my driveway two days ago and people in the neighborhood beside me are saying a bunch of cats got dumped a week ago :(

Check on Nextdoor. There's so many posts. People really need to realize cats are indoor only pets. (Very few and special exceptions, such as those people who leash train or have cat strollers. Time, effort, and care) The Cats Voice of WV is a good local organization if you need help.

We had a mama cat look like this (only difference is she had 2 different color eyes and was a female) she had kittens went outside one day- she never came back 😭 left her kittens behind and all- and we know she wouldn’t leave them or us on her own will 🤷🏼♀️Inwood is a HORRIBLE place for cats, it’s so sad.
