@homerthereviewer: Is your County, City, or Municipality's Flock Safety Contract in Compliance with your States Constitution on Statutes related to 'Public Funding?'' This Video discusses the : 'CONSTITUTION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, ARTICLE VIII PUBLIC INDEBTEDNESS AND SUBSIDIES, Section 3. Limitations On County And Municipal Indebtedness. Multi-Year Contracts are only allowed under a couple of Strict Conditions, and the City of Pocatello, Idaho, did NOT meet those conditions. Failure to meet those conditions with a multi-year contract is contrary to these provisions shall make the contract 'Void.' In addition, the City of Pocatello failed to align itself with the requirements of 'Sole Source Procurement' Rules as required by Idaho Code Relating To Procurements. It will be discussed in another video. The requirements relating to need multi- bids were also not followed as it related to the total amount of the contract. Required 14-day filing in a newspaper and waiting for public comment as it didn't happen. (Much more.) As we feel the use of these cameras is against the U.S. Constitution's Bill of Rights 4th Amendment; We believe that when 'Public Funding' is used outside the State Constitutions Statutes, and failing to properly follow these guidelines according to the States Constitution; and the effect is to 'Make them As 'Void,' then Public Funding MUST STOP Immediately and the Contract dissolved.
