2-3 min and then I just hold her upright for 5-15 min depending how big / long the feed was … this is just me though idk what I’m doing 😂 new mom winging it

Yea if my son doesn’t burp, I put him down til the burp starts to hurt him and he cries then I try again and almost immediately it comes out

5 min and if he doesn’t I hold him up straight for 15 just to make sure he doesn’t spit up. Momma has to get her rest too

try sitting him on your lap, one hand under his chin, the other on his lower back, and kind of do an "all around the world" rotation with their body. works like a charm.

Lol I rarely burp my baby. She’s EBF. My midwife did say some baby’s don’t need burping if they seem settled and sleep 😅
