They are both right here. Yes, the husband needs to be more aware that his wife is struggling and feeling overwhelmed, and should step in to support her as that is clearly impacting the marriage. But the wife also needs to put the pride aside for a minute and check in with her husband because there could be underlying things that could be impacting his functionality. "I shouldn't have to" is kind of selfish
