Im amazed how even though I know this rules by heart, my subconscious is trying to betray me trying to convince me to do the wrong thing all the time. I find hearing this multiple-million times super useful so I don’t fall into this sabotages.

Great points. I make all kinds of rules for myself. Some of them are probably a little or a lot boneheaded. Even bad rules, if one follows them, help avoid some emotional reactions ruling the day.

No whales, without at least 30 prior trades over 30 prior days, on that particular whale at a minimum, and restrict the size of the whale to under 15% of your portfolio, ideally the whale is at least partially hedged.
