all of these responses seem passive aggressive... i have an employee who is in a teamlead position and she can't handle stakeholders well. I'd say she is very sensitive, overthinks and assumes a lot, and acts on these assumptions. then she shares with people around her - this is pure drama in my opinion. practical example: she got a message from a stakeholder the other day where he simply wondered why a specific thing looked bad (it was not our fault), she somehow saw it as a personal attack and vented to the team. she refused to get back to him with a concrete reply. she assumed that it would open the gates of hell if she did, and also said this to her team. in the end it did not open the gates of hell. any advice on how to give feedback to her?
