The person arguing AGAINST split custody(without a VALID reason) should be given standard visitation. This would quickly resolve extended custody disputes.

2 2 3 is great for younger kids ONLY IF coparents are capable of putting kids FIRST over their own feelings. The week on week off is rough for everyone. Parents should live in same school district, and things should be as even and kids should be able to depend on BOTH parents equally. Wanna hear something people aren’t saying/ IF THE PARENTS could come together and put their kids best interest first; they likely could PUT EACH OTHER AND THEIR MARRIAGE first with us BEST case scenario.
