@adorknamedsteph: “Are you looking for hormonal birth control” well yes but actually no 😅 Also in case anyone is interested: apparently progestin-mediated BC is more effective for dysmenorrhea (severe period pain) than dual-hormone (progestin + estrogen)-mediated BC — which is the one that’s actually meant typically for actual birth control/contraception So that’s what I was trying to ask 😅😅😅 but also the progestin type may* be useful if you want to consider hormonal birth control but are higher risk of blood clots and migraines ANYHOO THE MORE YOU KNOW #period #endometriosis possibly.
