@betsbeeaffiliate: I thought this sounded ridiculous…until I actually tried it. For 21 days, I gave myself one simple challenge: Every morning, I said the SAME goal out loud 10 times. Days 1–3: It felt awkward. My mind immediately pushed back. “This isn’t me.” “This won’t change anything.” I kept going. Days 4–7: The excuses showed up. I was busy. I forgot. I wanted to skip it. But I kept coming back to the same goal. Around Day 10: I started noticing something. Not magic. Not some overnight transformation. Awareness. I caught myself questioning thoughts I normally would have believed. I noticed opportunities and ideas I might have ignored before. And the goal that once felt so far away started feeling possible. By Day 21, the biggest thing that had changed was ME. I was thinking differently. Making different choices. And taking steps toward something I'd spent years talking myself out of. That's the part that matters. Repetition alone won't change your life. But repeatedly reminding yourself where you want to go can influence what you pay attention to—and what you choose to do next. So here's my challenge: For the next 21 days, choose ONE goal. Say it out loud every morning.
