That fund will go towards the life-long needs of these two babies. Raising horses, especially those who have a hard start to their life, is extremely expensive. The fund will be used wisely and with much care and thought. Those of us who know what you are about, trust you.

Hernia surgery is going to be a large chunk of the fund along with nutrition to get them healthy and that takes time! You know what’s best for you, your ranch and the fund!

You are doing a great job, why spoil it by being pressured into doing something you can't physically do. Plus the generosity of the great people giving to the foal fund, gave it to you for those babies. I think people would be upset if you gave the money away. So I totally understand what you mean and people getting aggressive is totally unacceptable. I am so invested in the foals 🥰

Steven we have been following HMR for awhile You will spend the funds trying to give these babies every chance in the world. Some folks don't understand the amount of time it takes to care care for a animal properly or the acreage that is needed per said animal.

Unfortunately most folks do NOT know how expensive and time consuming taking care of healthy horses, let alone these 2 babies that are by no means healthy. 🥰

Taking in more animals also requires a lot of space. Large animals need large amounts of space to be able to move and graze and live healthy lives. I think many people don't realize how much space is needed.

I completely understand you wouldn't be able to rescue any other ones right now.Not only do you have all of your own animals and these two babies that need a lot of care , but you're going to have three new foals and more baby cows also. Any other rescue animals would be far in the future. People need to understand that.
