Bình Quoc Hoang, 31, is charged with four counts of first-degree voyeurism after investigators say hidden cameras were discovered inside a warehouse bathroom at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. During a police interview, Hoang described himself as "a huge pervert," telling detectives, "If you know Quagmire and what he does ... that's the person I am." The investigation began after an employee discovered a camera hidden inside a wall clock. Police say they later found additional secret recordings on Hoang's phone, and Hoang demonstrated how he allegedly concealed his phone to record people.
