Really the only reason you’d need more then 120 er on wanderer is if you have his c2, because that’s the only reason his burst would be useful enough to want to use it consistently

flies doesnt have energy recharge as a recommend stat purely because he already has 4 recommended stats. it just doesnt show that he can also use er. but also you would need to pair him up with another electro character so the team up synergy gives free energy anyway

I think the game puts in mind the fact that you'll have 2 electro with him, which buffs Er if I remember correctly, and, if you use Ineffa\fischle with them they usually get most of the ER which also generate more particles for him
