There are still moments when I want to tell you something, hear your voice, or simply have you beside me then reality reminds me that I have to live this life without you. I miss you in ways words cannot explain. I miss the little things, our ordinary days, your presence, and the life we thought we still had time to live. There were days I truly didn't know how I would survive the pain. But every morning, somehow, God gave me another reason to get up. “A broken heart can still beat when God gives it strength.” And that is my testimony. I am still here not because I was strong enough, but because God was strong enough for me. He carried me through the days I couldn't carry myself. I still miss you. I still love you. And I still carry your memory with me. Loving your family will always be part of loving you. Two years later, I have learned that surviving is not forgetting. I can grieve and still live. I can cry and still smile. I can love you and still move forward. Thank You, Lord, for carrying me through the hardest chapter of my life. I loved you then. I love you now.
