Oh yes, I can sense when people want my energy and when I fill their cup they are gone, until their cap needs a refill and they want to come back to me. Sometimes I kindly say not now, but sometimes I only realise this afterwards. Also, I can sense when my sister is calling me just to check if my cup needs a refill 😊. It’s a very different experience.

I agree if things are not reciprocated then you put limits boundaries and when they cross those because undoubtedly they always do then you have a talk and you hope that the Talk readjust the situation… There’s a few things I will not tolerate any longer from anybody and a year ago, I turned around and told a friend you are no longer a friend… Wasn’t going to take her criticism any longer… Family disjointed dysfunctional no, I have no desire to tape that newspaper back together again… I’m getting too old for this lol😳✌️
