As a mom to 2 teens now, I will reinforce the fact that sleep training your children DOES NOT lead to them being unattached to parents. Their worlds revolve around me, they love me, they come to me before anyone else. Sleep training doesn’t destroy your relationship with your baby, it helps everyone in the family get the rest they need to be their best every day. 🥰

My baby is 10.5 months and I’ve been avoiding sleep training and hoping he just learns on his own 😣 he used to sleep through the night at 4-5 months and then got sick and never slept through the night again. 🫠

I used my baby sleepology bc of you and they are the BEST - if it wasn’t for Jen my consultant, I would have QUIT bc it was so hard the first couple of nights

A couple days to maybe 10-14 days at most is way better than a life long chaotic sleep habit schedule and unhappy mom and kiddos!

Yea Teddy!!! Yea mama! Sleep trainer here & you are soooo right sleep training is not just cry it out… no. We can do so many things to get littles to sleep thru the night. I have worked with families in person & remotely. It makes everyone happier in home when everyone is rested including siblings😀💤💤💤💤 even pets feel that stress.

I did sleep training with all three of my kids. And it was the best decision ever. A happy rested Mom is way better than an exhausted sleep deprived mom. My kids sleep 12+ hours every night. Would do it 1000% over again!

What sleep training did you do? I can lay my 8 month old down awake and he puts himself to sleep. But he is still waking up 2 to 3 times a night.

Hi mama, related but unrelated question - I saw you transitioned Teddy from the narrow dr browns bottle to the wide neck one. How did you pull that off?! Our baby is on the narrow and wants to hold it, but can’t quite get the hang of it or any other right now.
