i know it’s silly but i’ve had this in my favorites for years. to the point that i don’t feel insecure anymore. high school is very complex and you will either hate yourself, your life, or the people, and there’s nothing you can do but push through. nobody cares about what you look like. what they care about is their own issues and classes, their OWN looks. the more you talk down on yourself the worse it will drive you away from actually feeling comfortable in your skin. stop talking like this, SERIOUSLY. you are deserving of equality and feeling comfortable just as much as anyone else is. if your sibling came up to you with these feelings, what would you tell them? exactly what you need to tell yourself.

I felt like that in my school days. I felt like I couldn't get home fast enough. Plus I had nobody to assure me that I was not unattractive. Along with the kids telling me I was gross looking. No I’m the same. I’m extremely insecure and try to put on a happy face and record TikTok’s and then I go back and stare at them wondering if it’s truly me. I carry 4 mirrors in my backpack and everytime I walk into a building, I go straight to the bathroom to look at myself. It’s crazy
