@aussiemammoth1: Every deceased person I wash is someone’s beloved—a parent, a child, a spouse, a sibling or a friend—and that is something I could never become numb to. Every deceased was once a living soul. They had a family, a story and a purpose. They loved, they laughed, and they meant everything to someone. Not every wash is the same. Some are harder than others, but every deceased must be given their full rights—with dignity, privacy, gentleness and respect. We cover their private areas. We protect their bodies. We never expose their faults. We wash and shroud them sincerely for the sake of Allah. We pray that on the Day of Judgement, they will be witnesses for us and not against us—that they will say, “He protected my dignity. He covered me. He gave me my rights.” Yes, it is difficult. Yes, we have heavy days. But we never compromise the rights of the deceased. May Allah accept our service, purify our intentions and keep us sincere until the end.#trending #themuslimundertaker #fyp #viral #sydney
