Chocolate bomboloni المكونات: للعجين: 360 غ دقيق أبيض 40 غ سكر 5 غ ملح 9غ خميرة فورية 180 مل حليب دافئ 2 بيض 50 غ زبدة لينة ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا للحشو: 150–200 غ شوكولاتة سبريد للتغليف: سكر 1/_اخلطي الدقيق والسكر والملح والخميرة، ثم أضيفي البيض والفانيليا والحليب واعجني . 2/_أضيفي الزبدة واعجني حتى تصبح العجينة ناعمة(حوالي عشر )، اتركيها تختمر ساعة في مكان دافي ، شكّلي كرات واتركيها ترتاح في مكان دافئ حوالي 30 الى 40 دقيقة ، ثم اقليها في نار متوسطة حتى تصبح ذهبي وغلّفيها بالسكر واحشيها بالشوكولاتة Ingredients: For the dough: 360 g white flour 40 g sugar 5 g salt 9 g instant yeast 180 ml warm milk 2 eggs 50 g soft butter 1 teaspoon vanilla For the filling: 150–200 g chocolate spread For coating: Sugar Method: 1/_ Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast, then add the eggs, vanilla, and milk, and knead. 2/_ Add the butter and knead until the dough is smooth (about 10 minutes), let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place, shape into balls and let them rest in a warm place for 30–40 minutes, then fry over medium heat until golden, roll in sugar, and fill with chocolate #bomboloni #chocolate #food #Recipe #cooking
