Haha def do what works best for you! My advice was to just sprinkle your elevator pitch into convo to make it more natural for students that find elevator pitches difficult. It was easier to digest when I was recruiting but if you can keep a succinct elevator pitch, go for it!! Some students struggle and drag it on 😂

only time I don’t do elevator pitch is if I know a ton abt the company and a lot abt the position I’m applying for before I visit their table
