any type of murrrddeer no matter what, are mental issues.. You're not thinking straight and you go crazy to take that action.. Every type of these actions is always a mental state. just different types. So yes, criminalize it all, as it's a small barrier to prevent the action. take down that barrier you open up more of these actions.
