How are we supposed to defend this country, if this is how we treat the brave men and woman that sign up for this “ job, way of life”, that should be the highest honour the highest paid and the highest aftercare package. Politicians should rank, so far lower down the scale of pay and long term care, than any soldier. It’s disgraceful and just further ranks us lower in the world’s eyes. Australia, first world country, I think not

Our return soldiers had been to war and come home young or old. If they need help we should give it. The politicians give themselves another pay rise and extra cars an extra or extra back. Why don’t you come back a bit and help our return soldiers? oh no that’s too much sacrifice for you but you expect someone to go out put their life on the line for the country and yet only given $5000 to do mental health physical help or whatever shame on news.
