This was all do to communism. Apartheid system was systemically destroying communism. this was a problem for TPTB. they didnt want africans, black Africans to become sophisticated like the white Africans. white Africans wanted blacks become sophisticated. Under South Rhodesia rule and South Africa rule(during apartheid) blacks had the highest quality of living. The issue is the black Africans had to follow one rule, they had to do it the white African way, if not they were not accepted into society. Black South Africans had a choice, and they chose communism instead...How did that turn out for them? Today Zimbabwe and South Africa are shit hole countries.
