lick your finger, pour the salt on your finger, hold your finger on the canker sore and give it a squeeze. and hold it there until it stops hurting. that's the best way I've found to do it.

If you get them again, try Helocaine from Amazon. ONLY USE a little it numbs like crazy. It also healed the sore really fast. Says for cold sores but works

Vitamin C and zinc tablet, crushed and on it. It hurts, but it'll be over by the next day. Trust me, I had it for 1 month until then.

My doctor said not to use salt but to swish with Mylanta or any antacid. I’m telling you it helped with the pain so much! Makes sense now
