Is this Aetna? I’m asking because I’m getting that denial code A LOT from Aetna recently & it’s the same thing.. the patient does not have any other insurance & they are primary. I finally told a representative the other day that I truly believe that they’ve started just picking a random denial code if they can’t find any other reason to deny.
