Crazy thought, start putting tax money into investment accounts, the annual return alone should have a consistent rate where taxes could be cut year after year as the government would be able to take out what they need from stocks and pay for it whilst investing in American companies. Yes that could cause conflict of interests and yadda yadda yadda, but at this point, with the right regulation, the US could start paying its citizens back as we hold the largest debt.
