after 3 days clear liquid then i do: rice noodles, potatoes, and white bread. bone broth, chicken, apple sauce and bananas.

Mix of starch and protein in one meal is not good for diverticulitis and also noodles are not good too.

how do you get past the smell and taste of the boiled chicken...? it makes me gag!! ever since having my daughter I can't stand the smell of chicken boiling 🤮 I've got a really sensitive gut and always trying to find other ways to make things
